This company is selling worthless gift cards. I'm not sure how they are not in violation of state laws. Don't purchase Golf There or Tee There Gift Cards - it's a fraudulent operation. Do not get ripped off like I did .

Not getting any communication back from Kevin Walker. He was very responsive upon planning and then once the deposit was received, he is no where to be found. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will not be booking anything ever again with this company. Customer service is terrible...pretty much just took my money and ran.

we had a trip to Arizona planned for May 2020 and the USA was shutdown for the corona virus ( hotels, airlines and restaurants and golf courses for a while) and we had made our deposits some had paid in full over $1000 and we were told no refunds but our money would go towards a future trip as long as we took it within 12 months,we wanted our money back and we would pick when and where we wanted to go. BAD experience with Golf There

Spoke w/Kevin Walker a couple of times - then, nothing! - no e-mail responses, no phone response. I've been organizing a trip for 35+ years and I have never experienced a total lack of communication from a package purveyor. This was my first experience with Golf There -- and, my last! Was looking to work with them on some future trips - but, no more. I am one who is glad to praise good work - and, have done so on several occasions -- but, this was very unprofessional and rude.

We booked our trip a month ago and paid our deposit fully. Today we enquirer about when the rest of our money was due and they immediately refunded our credit cards and said the trip was never booked. Shady

Mr. Ayers, the trip originally booked has some reservation difficulties once the salesperson had requested the dates for the courses and accommodations. The group leader disappeared according to our staff for several months. The company's team should have refunded the monies within a week or so of not being able to contact the group leader and thus at the 30 day out stage, the unfortunate situation wouldn't have occurred. All refunds were made and it is a shame that our management team didn't learn of this until much later. Regardless, the company is now part of Your Golf Travel, the world's largest golf travel company and will endeavor to communicate better.

We went to Orlando. The accommodations were good. The courses were great, we loved them. If the review was based on just the accommodations and courses I would have given them 5 stars. Unfortunately, there is more to making sure a customer has a good experience them picking a place to stay and the courses. After we booked the trip and it was time to make the final payment, the web site was down and we had to call in our payments. Several of us did this multiple times and our cards were never charged. Follow up phone calls were not answered and not returned. We finally got the payments taken care of when they got the site back up. Once we got to the first course they asked for a voucher. We were never sent any vouchers. Both the course manager and we called and never got an answer or call back. In fact, we never got a call back all weekend. This happened at all four courses we played. Fortunately, the people at the courses let us play and said they would take care of it with Golf There. They also said they have problems with them all the time.

It is unfortunate that Mr. B*****ler encountered problems. The company did experience some website payment portal issues during the transition of the brand to Your Golf Travel, the world's largest golf travel company. We contacted the vendors involved and some of the assistant golf pros were speaking more generally about the industry - we have good relationships with these courses otherwise the customer would not have been allowed to play. It's a shame that the course chose to speak poorly about a business that brings them a great deal of business. We provide vouchers via email and perhaps these emails went to the client's junk mail. We also offer 24/7 emergency service and as far as we can tell, we were not contacted regarding these issues during the trip. We will follow up with the customer and the new website payment portals are now all up and running.

We booked for a golf package to go to New Orleans for Oct 2018. This has been planned and booked since April 2018. Deposits have been paid since May 2018. However since then we have had nothing but a serious lack of customer service. Their website payment management has been down for upgrades since July 2018 rerouting customers to call in order to pay via phone to ensure our trip is in line with terms and conditions, full payment 40 days out, which we all did. However as of now with three weeks from flying out, none of our cards have been charged even though our group lead has called and emailed numorous times to confirm, our vouchers have not been received, this feels like a total scam. This service is ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED if you want COMPETENT SERVICE. Avoid like the plague.

Mr. Bergeron has been contacted. The company is merging with a competitor and therefore payments have been taken over the phone. The new website payment portal system is being tested internally and should be back up in a few days. Payment terms are set by the company and we have a very liberal payment process and rules. We ordinarily ask for payment within 30 days but put a reminder or state payment should be received by 40 days or so prior to the trip. THIS IS OUR POLICY TO WAIVE OR EXTEND at our discretion. With golf groups, there is often last minute substitution of golfers for players who get injured or decided to cancel for business or personal reasons. Thus, we ordinarily don't charge credit cards until about 2 weeks out. The company has confirmed this information with the group leader and will be charging the final payment today. We appreciate customers who want to pay us far in advance but often this is not wise due to changes and revisions to the itinerary.

I requested a golf trip for 16 golfers in Tucson AZ. GOLF THERE said they would give me an itinerary if I paid $100. After multiple emails that went unanswered. I asked for a refund 6 months before our trip, which they advertise if not satisfied with there service. GOLF THERE said they would keep my $100 and they have my credit card on file. They were going to charge for unused tee times, I called the golf courses and they had no tee times scheduled.GOLF THERE said they would charge for unused hotel rooms. I called the hotel there were no reservations for our group. DO NT USE GOLF THERE!!! You can do the same trip on your own for half their price..

The President of our company contacted Mr. Lewis personally via email. None of our managment team had heard of any problem regarding his trip prior to this review. GolfThere does not charge cancellation fees unless a vendor does or until 10 or more days prior to travel. We do have a deposit requirement of $100 after a golfer approves a proposal and wants to take a trip. Mr. Lewis after having our salesperson book the trip never responded to our team for nearly six months. We learned after repeated follow-up that he had booked the trip direct with the recommendations our salesperson made. In the last communication, he responded that he felt that the salesperson was very aggressive so he decided it was not worth the hassle to receive a $100 refund.
