Great customer focus
Great customer focus. Our professional consultant, Shawn, has gone above and beyond in explaining our options on our Italy trip. He helped significantly with an airline issue, and he secured museum and other reservations for us, while other options all appear unavailable online. I strongly recommend the company and particularly Shawn, without any exception.
