Deceitful
My experience with Book Marketing USA was extremely disappointing, and I deeply regret spending my money with them. The editing service was acceptable, but the marketing package was, in my experience, a complete waste of money. Much of what I received consisted of cheap looking AI generated images and marketing materials that sometimes appeared not to have even been properly reviewed before being sent to me. What makes this worse is that I genuinely trusted the people I was dealing with. They were extremely friendly and reassuring at the beginning, and I believed I was paying for professional marketing support that would genuinely help promote my book. Instead, I was left feeling misled, taken advantage of, and seriously disappointed by what I received for the money I paid. I made real financial sacrifices to afford their services because I believed their promises and thought I was investing in my book and my future. Looking back, that is what upsets me the most. The quality and value of the marketing package did not come remotely close to what I expected based on how it was presented to me. I cannot recommend Book Marketing USA. In fact, based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise authors to be extremely cautious before spending their money with this company. Ask exactly what you are getting, demand examples of every deliverable, and do not rely simply on the sales pitch. I wish I had stayed far away. I would have saved myself a significant amount of money, frustration, and disappointment.
