Kim was my contact, and a nicer and more helpful person you will not find anywhere. There were some delays and misfires on mine and the company's part, but Kim just kept on working it for me and it all came up roses! In this game, no matter what company you use, the contact person matters absolutely. I got lucky, and we are still ongoing. Still a bit to go, but I'm confident in her ability to navigate the shoals.

I was constantly in contact with my consultant Katherine Gilbert- by phone, email and texts. I felt free to ask questions. I received answers daily. Links were sent to me so I could upload my book. Charges and options for available services were up front and explained. I can't believe I am at the finishing line this quickly. I was motivated to stay on task and finish. Thanks Katherine

As a new author, Bookmarkteers got me pointed in the right direction for self-publishing my first work. The initial contact with was great, as we agreed on reasonable fees for the contracted processes they would provide for me. My account manager, Chris Matthew was diligent in getting me through each step, and I learned there were many! They do provide services like Book Cover design, and editing and formatting, but we did have a few bumps along the way. After many drafts of cover design and formatting we did finally reach a finished product that I am proud of. Great company to provide multiple services including web design and links to vendors for distributing your work!

I am satisfied with the service. I look forward to working with them on my next project.
