Thomas was very supportive and got us best deal for tickets to India. We are very happy with the service provided

The staff is very polite and supportive, understands the travel plan clearly and always tries to give the best deal.

Ritesh has been very professional and helpful in getting us our tickets at the best price and most favorable route. Excellent, prompt and efficient service was provided by him. Thanks a lot!.

Mustkeem gave me a good rate. I have had Jatin assist me previously and I had a good experience with him too.

Very nice service from Mr. Ritesh and I had to cancel my ticket due to an emergency and everything was taken care of. The process was made smooth for me.

Do not trust these guys. Initially they booked my ticket for a better price than other websites. but my ticket was cancelled due to international lockdown (COVID 19). Their employee helped me change the ticket to hold status, but kept asking to pay $75 holding fee. I agreed to pay but I wanted him to come on a conference call with air line to confirm the same. I dont know if he got irritated or afraid but changed the ticket to hold status without the fee. again I was trying to change my dates to december 2020, their website was displaying a price of $999 or lower yet the employee quoted me $1099. when asked about the difference, he lied staight to my face, he said it was after taxes. But air tickets nowadays display fusion fares, which was also mentioned on their website. They were just trying to squeeze out more and more money on each conversation. This is a fraudulent business and I am going to register a complaint with federal trade commission. Please do not trust these guys.

Kevin has done awesome job in finding convenient itinerary at best price for my family’s summer vacation trip. Kudos to Air Trip Maker team!

I booked a ticket with Kevin and he was really great. It was a smooth experience.
