I was excited to try this company for my six-year-old son who loves stuffed animals and books. The first package I received was the bald eagle which was really cute however started coming apart pretty quick. The second one was the orca which I was sorely disappointed in because it did not resemble an orca in the back and where it looked like it had two legs instead of a tail. I contacted customer service but they said there was nothing they could do about getting a return or replacement. I'm sadly disappointed in this product after spending so much money. I wish I could leave a picture because the product is borderline grotesque.
