said they would pick us up in 10
said they would pick us up in 10. made us wait in the freezing cold for 30 mins. lady at front desk is so rude hung up on us 5 times. she needs to be fired or retrained. very unprofessional do not trust

Cruise parking 10/16/21
Cruise parking 10/16/21 - 10/25/21 Waited way too long to return to our car 45 minutes after we left the ship Called more than once and was told it's on the way. The van had wet seats and a podium unsecured in the isle. We rather walk than book parking here.

Waste of money, time and 3rd party more expensive
Unacceptable, and neglected to mention the parking lot would only accept cash upon arrival check in. I was therefore late and could not pay for the remainder of the balance because I was using a work credit card. In addition, the lot was cheaper if you went directly through their prebooking site. Not only was I late for my flight, but it was a horrible start to the trip.

We do value your feedback and we will pass this information to the parking lot. We could not locate any reservations under your name. Please provide your reservation number in order to be able to identify your reservation and be able to address the issue with the parking location in question to ensure action is taken so that we can provide our customers with accurate parking instructions. Waited 1.5 hours for shuttle
Will NEVER use this service again! Called several times before after an hour the lady told me he was on the way. Worst service EVER!!!
