This was our first time to use the Book2Park service. We'll definitely use it in the future!!! Shuttle times worked out very well for us. Drivers were very courteous and seemed to be safe, conscientious drivers - and that's important in DFW traffic!!! Highly recommend Book2Park.

Ramada Inn BHM is a great place to park when flying out of Birmingham. Safe and inexpensive. Shuttle drivers are responsive. Quick drive both ways.

I checked prices at the last minute (20-30 minutes before needing to park). Was able to compare different parking lots and prices for covered vs. non-covered parking. We got a really good rate for covered parking near O'Hare and the shuttle was very quick and dropping us off and picking us up 17 days later. I highly recommend!

Hassle free Excellent service for nominal charge. Shuttle service to/from airport was very reliable. Couldn't have ask for a better experience. Used them out of Chicago. I would definitely recommend this service to all my family and friends!

I am so glad I found Book2Park. What a Great Service for an Awesome Price. The DoubleTree Sterling VA Shuttle Driver, departing for and arriving at IAD was so very, very, very Helpful and Pleasant. The Hotel Front Desk Staff was so Gracious and Kind. I returned from my trip and found my car was safe and sound. Will be a repeat customer for years to come.

We just got back from a 2 week vacation in Hawaii. We arranged to park our car at the Travelodge hotel in Brookpark, near Cleveland Hopkins airport. Everything went as planned for parking our car and getting to the airport for our outgoing flight. 2 days before we returned, Book2Park was informed that the Travelodge was shut down for an unexpected reason. They immediately e-mailed us, told us to take a taxi to pick up our car (they would re-imburse us for the taxi). They then followed up with a phone call to make sure we saw the e-mail. My wife found out that the mayor of Brookpark was threatening to tow the cars, so we had friends pick the car up early. Book2Park paid for the taxi to our house and refunded our 2 week parking fee because of the unexpected event. In my mind, the way a company handles unexpected events provides the true measure of a company and Book2Park did everything they needed to do to handle this situation. Thanks Book2Park!
