When our real estate agent introduced us to Bonus, I wondered if it was too good to be true. Then we did more research about their business model and how the equity sharing agreement and property management of our home would work, as well as our future shared equity. We had family and professionals in the real estate space do their due diligence, and then we met with Kyle the CEO of Bonus. These people are professional, respectful, and have integrity. I believe what they are doing is helping the forgotten middle class create generational financial stability, something that continues to be a problem for each passing generation. Jenn is amazing at her job and my wife and I just love her. Not a lot has gone right in my adult life when it comes to finances. Bonus gave us the win my wife and I been working so hard for. Thank you Kristi Isais for this introduction which will help us and our daughters for many years to come.

I was contacted by my Realtor, some time after listing my home, about a company that made an offer to buy. After some digging, we discovered that Bonus was a new “Player” in the housing market and legit. We setup a virtual meeting to ask questions and get more information. The Bonus Reps were excellent and very forthcoming with any and all information. So, I took the next steps. The process was almost (almost, stressed here) Fun! It can be a tedious process, for myself and my Realtor, with the time zone differences. But overall, it was accomplished without much prompting from the Team assigned to my contract. After just over 6 weeks, including the move out period, the entire process was completed. My Team I worked with at Bonus were very friendly and completely professional, yet, none of them “snobby” or “stuffy” by any means. In fact, they made this seem like I was talking to friends the entire time. I mentioned time zone differences? It didn’t have a huge affect on communication, meaning, the Bonus Team went out of their way via phone calls and emails, any time.
