Bonus and The Taylors
Overall our service with Bonus was very seamless, Jen was always super helpful and right there when we needed her and many times we would just have her conference in with which ever company had questions. Rich was very informative and always happy to jump in with future Lender and Selling Agent to clear up any questions that may come up. Even though they are a newer company, they are very eager and put the client first. They want what is best for you and it is very apparent through out the entire process. The reason they did not get 5 stars is due the way they are setup to handle Solar Accounts. However they were very helpful but a good chunk of our funding went towards paying it off as they do not “absorb” solar accounts or the financials. Hopefully it is something they can work on for future clients to help offset the burden. With all of that being said I will refer them and their services to people I know and hopefully they will be as helpful to them to start their next chapter as they were for us.
