The Bonus team is outstanding. My client was in a really tough spot in life and needed a quick out from his home, but knew he was sitting on a gold mine with a 2% interest rate and a recently built home. While his home didn't quite fit the deals Bonus typically does, they put the client first and gave him an option outside of what he thought was his only option-selling his home. Overall our service with Bonus was very seamless, Jen was always super helpful and right there when we needed her and many times we would just have her conference in with which ever company had questions. Rich was very informative and always happy to jump in with future Lender and Selling Agent to clear up any questions that may come up. Even though they are a newer company, they are very eager and put the client first. They want what is best for you and it is very apparent through out the entire process. The reason they did not get 5 stars is due the way they are setup to handle Solar Accounts. However they were very helpful but a good chunk of our funding went towards paying it off as they do not “absorb” solar accounts or the financials. Hopefully it is something they can work on for future clients to help offset the burden. With all of that being said I will refer them and their services to people I know and hopefully they will be as helpful to them to start their next chapter as they were for us.

They were quick, efficient and kept in contact no matter how many times I reached out. This was such a great experience that I can only hope others have the opportunity to do. Bonus gave us an opportunity to sell our first home so that we could make a big leap to move states. We were so nervous before knowing about Bonus that we wouldn’t be able to sell on time, and when our real estate agent told us about this company, it sounded too good to be true. This is one of those instances when “it’s too good to be true” is actually true! I am so grateful for all that they have done for us and will praise their company to anyone who will listen. If you are thinking about going through with a deal with Bonus, do it. You won’t be disappointed. Also, shout out to Jennifer. She is so incredibly helpful, responsive and never showed irritation with me when I sent her a million and 13 emails.
