I received an email for a welcome back bonus code no deposit required. I follow the instructions log in type in the redemption code and verify my email address. After going back into game when I click link I retype code because nothing is there. Get an error message. Message customer support. I told that only one welcome code can be redeemed per account…. I told them this is a welcome back and sent a shot of the email. Again with the same response and then I got cut off to do a survey and as I am typing out my survey I got cut off again. Yep game deleted. I have no money and no time for scammy sounding companies. If your people are rude you can get 1 or if I could zero stars from me.
6/20/2025 So a Welcome BACK is the same as just a welcome? To me a welcome back is trying to get someone to come back and try your games and platform again. I have no use for games and I have no time for word game I do t play those on my phone. To me if you are trying to get people to come play and send them a welcome back gift you should honor the email sent. That is the purpose of these reviews. I am a real person with real issues in the world and have no time for this. I have other platforms that I play that are just fine with me. And If at some point they throw a curve ball I will delete them too.
