Scammers and unethical
I started at the casino on a bonus. I went through their $2000 play through just for them to cash me out at $50 which was their max cash out. That’s fine. They made money off of me from their free bonus. That’s fine. I then Wait a week. To hear back about my cash out for them to tell me that I have to deposit money in order for them to pay me the $50 I then been deposit the money. I play with the money that I deposited. I won $163 and they took that money and are refusing to give it to me. They say that all they owe me is $50. This is a scam and this casino is trash.

Hi Emily,
Hope you are well and safe,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and login information with us!
Reviewing the account with the provided login information, we found that you played with one of our welcome bonuses and made winnings. Usually, the maximum cashout from a welcome free bonus is $50. This means you can withdraw only $50, regardless of whether you win more by continuing to play. According to the casino rules, before you can cash out from the bonus, all winnings above the maximum cashout limit must be removed.

7.2. Welcome Bonus for New Users
f. Once you meet the wagering requirements, any amount exceeding the maximum cashout limit will be automatically removed from your account.
As we can see, you successfully withdrew from your welcome free bonus after making the verification deposit. As soon as we processed your withdrawal, your deposit was also credited to your account, and we can see that you made another withdrawal from play with your deposit as well.
Please don’t take this the wrong way, but everything that happened on your account was carried out according to the casino rules. If a bonus (free or deposit bonus) has a maximum cashout limit, you can withdraw only up to that limit.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us again!
Kind Regards

Great online casino!
Great online casino!
I’ve been playing various online casinos for years now and one of the most important things for me is a casino that’s professional and one I can trust, BonusBlitz is definitely one of those casinos!
From their quick and easy KYC process (mine was completed overnight) to a rapid and easy withdrawal, I used crypto and had the funds in my account in minutes.
They have an amazing variety of games from video poker to slots and overall was a very fun experience, after all isn’t that what playing online casinos is supposed to be, fun?
I highly recommend BonusBlitz!!

Mr.Daniel Moore management from bonusblitz…
Manger Mr. Daniel Moore
Good evening sir. First I would like to say there is no misunderstanding or taking anything out of context honestly I think it's you who has the misunderstanding about the meaning and concept of No Deposit, Free Spins or Bonuses weather they are titled with welcome new user or any other words you prefer no deposit means exactly what it says NO DEPOSIT the same as the word free in FREE SPINS the concept and definition is self explanatory and the purpose of the playthrough wager requirements was created for the general purposes of giving the player the fair gaming opportunity to redeem the winning proceeds from not making a deposit because let's face facts if a deposit of any kind has to be made in order to cash out from a NO DEPOSIT bonus then that in its self is contradicting and really undermine the purpose of no deposit regardless of weather you get your deposit back with your withdrawal it still defeats the purpose and concept the same with the free spins if you have to make a deposit of any kind to withdrawal from a free spins bonus again it contradicts itself making that free spins bonus not so free anymore no is it because let's be real again for a moment and speak the truth behind the facts and the fact is psychologically any person that is going to make a deposit is going to be tempted or Enticed to play that deposit before thinking about withdrawal of the winnings before trying to win more especially since they already had to make the deposit in the first place. No body even in their mind is going to make a deposit just to turn around right after making the deposit to withdrawal it with their winning proceeds I'm mean since we are being real and honest about casino's isn't it a fact that casinos and gambling is entirely built up around psychology as a players purpose which is the same as the casinos is to try and beat the odds, the player or the casino by outsmarting your odds or opponents the whole concept of betting is that I bet I can beat you or the odds and win this game with that being said sir no casino in its entirety is honest and the story about experiencing making a deposit with crypto is just that a story because anyone who has dealt with crypto is going to have the same experience and knowledge of crypto weather they are making a deposit at your casino or making a deposit in their bank account so you can miss me with that 🐂💩 sir and further more I have already told you keep the money and delete my account because y'all done made this about more then the cash out by trying to insult my intelligence by telling me I have to make a deposit first to get my winnings when I had already reserved my right to those winnings without making a deposit when I completed the playthrough and wagering requirements which is the purpose of why the playthrough wager requirements was created in the first place way before y'all decided to undermined and ignore that concept behind your greed and decided to deceive the players into making deposits in order for them to get what was rightfully theirs in the first place by betting the playthrough wagering requirements. Now that I've made my point sir I hope there was nothing misunderstanding about that and if there was or I am wrong in anyway play feel free to let me know and I will again try a better way to sum it up for you the concept and meaning of NO DEPOSITS, FREE SPINS & THE PURPOSE OF THE PLAYTHROUGH WAGERING REQUIREMENTS of a casino sir..ty God bless and have a great day...

Hi Earl,
Hope you are well and safe,
Thank you for reaching us again!
There are two types of bonuses: free bonuses and deposit bonuses, and most details about them are explained in section 7. TERMS THAT APPLY TO PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES. From my point of view, it seems that you misunderstood the rules, so please carefully read rule 7.2 along with the related rules.
7.2. Welcome Bonus for New Users
a. When creating a new user account, the following requirements must be met in order to receive the free money welcome bonus:
b. The Player is aware that if they have already used any Welcome Bonuses, they are ineligible for any more Welcome Bonuses.
c. Unless otherwise specified by the specific Promotion rules (free chips), the Player must wager 40x the value of a free chip if they have already received a non-deposit-based bonus.
d. One free chip can only be credited per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number, computer, and shared computers (such as those at a university, fraternity, school, public library, or place of employment).
e. Any withdrawal from the New Signup Bonus must first be processed with a verification deposit. If a verification deposit is not made, all winnings and bonus funds will be automatically forfeited if the verification deposit is not made.
f. Once you meet the wagering requirements, any amount exceeding the maximum cashout limit will be automatically removed from your account.
Please don’t take this the wrong way, but using a particular sentence out of context and claiming that we said something we don’t honor is unfair. If you had followed my previous responses to various concerns on this forum, you would have seen that a verification deposit is required if you wish to withdraw winnings from a free promotion and you’ve never deposited before (as clearly stated in rules 6.1.o. and 7.2.e.).
You can withdraw that deposit along with your winnings, but in that case, you must contact our support team after making the verification deposit and before submitting your withdrawal request, so the payments manager can add your deposit to your winnings and process the full amount together.
The point of the verification deposit is to familiarize yourself with using crypto if you haven’t used it before, by making a real transaction at our Casino.
Please understand that instant processing payouts have nothing to do with the account verification process. We process payouts in less than 15 minutes, but if your account requires verification, that instant processing will only happen after you pass verification or meet the necessary conditions (such as completing a verification deposit or leaving the bonus amount if you play with a deposit bonus).
The estimated time for account verification is 3–5 working days, but it usually takes less than 48 hours, assuming the documents provided are valid (i.e., high-quality selfies, valid ID, etc.).
We are an honest Casino. If you follow the rules, I guarantee 100% that your winnings will be successfully withdrawn to your wallet.
However, if you choose to continue doubting our Casino or insisting on your own interpretation of the rules, then with all due respect, we may not be able to help you further.
Thank you for your understanding!
Kind Regards
Daniel Moore
