Ordered two shirts; same size, same design, different colors. One fit well, but the sleeves were too short. The other was entirely too large, and hangs off me like a poncho. The inconsistent sizing is puzzling, because both are labeled the same. The shipment was also slow, and took two weeks to even process.

The quality of the product really does not meet my expectation. The photos on your website looks much better than the real shirts that I received.

I've been trying to return 3 shirts for about a month now. The response I get from Bonlax is it's too expensive to go through customs so they're offering me a partial credit on my order because of their issue. It doesn't make sense. Their return address is in Rancho Cucamonga, ca & I'm in Costa Mesa, ca? I'm going to try them again. Last time no one answered the phone. Just tried again and no answer.

Beware. First, medium size shirt I received measured 24 inches across. It was enormous. I brought this to their attention. Their response ignored this and talked about my “preferences” and suggested I measure more carefully. I used to sell suits, so this made me laugh. I normally wear a large and purchased a medium. Second, returns or exchanges have to be shipped back to Hong Kong, at the buyer’s expense, even when they’re not sized properly. Third, their solution was to offer me a 20 percent discount. I shared that I was uncomfortable ordering a size small shirt, when I wear a large. Then they offered me 25 percent off. 🙄 The shirt is beautiful. I did plan to buy a few other patterns. Bonlax does not stand behind their product and I wonder if I got a shirt who’s size was mislabeled. They also seem to only make positive reviews visible on their website. Mine is nowhere to be found.
