WORST Customer Service
I found this store back in early July; it's now the middle of October. I really liked their designs, but before ordering anything I wrote them and asked, based on my measurements, which size they'd recommend I buy. I did this because their size chart isn't the typical thing you find on American men's clothing sites. Based on their recommendation I ordered 3 short sleeve shirts. When they arrived and I tried them on, they were too small. I wrote and asked for a return address and refund. Their reply was an offer of a 10% refund and an assurance I could keep the shirts. I objected and requested a return address and a full refund. Their reply was an offer of a 30% refund, combined with a declaration that I could still keep the original order. I wrote again, requesting a return address and a full refund. They replied with an offer of a 40% refund, explaining this time that the return postage would be greater than the 60% they wished to retain. They then offered to send me a larger size for $15.00 per shirt. I relented and paid again. The 3 larger shirts arrived several weeks later. One came with a regular collar instead of the camp collar I'd specifically requested. I asked them to replace it but they said that the shirt I received was what I'd ordered. When I forwarded an email which stated explicitly what I wanted they accepted that they were in error, told me they'd replace the item for free and would let me have the tracking number for the package "shortly." That was almost a month ago and I haven't received a tracking number or a package despite several requests. If you want to shop here, be sure to load up on some migraine meds beforehand because dealing with these people is far from your common variety of headache. And whatever the refund policy says on their site, it's a COMPLETE LIE.
