Bongo InternationalReviews of bongous.com

We have used Bongo for over a year now and have found them to be excellent We buy a lot of clothes from US sites and have found the website and service to be wonderful Clothes arrive well packed and you can track them It costs about Aud 10 to ship each item but when a coat is 320 aud on a website and 55 on a us site The savings are obvious My son in law has shipped photography equipment and it has been well packed I have no hesitation in recommending bongo and give them 5 stars

Having seen all the negative reviews, I felt compelled to write. I used Bongo International last week, my first order arrived at their Florida address last Friday, withn 4-days it was on my doorstep in the UK. I was sent an email within the hour it reached their depot, I was sent photo's of my products, I was sent a further e-mail the same day to say they had dispatched it and I was able to track it all the way from Florida to the UK, I cannot fault them. I felt the price was reasonable for the distance my parcel had to travel and their website was easy to follow. I would recommend Bongo International to any-one.

I just received my crate from BongoUs. I recommend using this service. Especially if you live in Canada, and want to order US stuff. I found that I could not email them, but phoned them gave him (by the way...very polite) my order number and he then took the time to explain how they work ... duh for me. It was expensive ... taxes, duty, delivery, BUT it was worth every penny. Only took less than 3 days to ship from Florida to my door!

Bongo's customer service rep (Jason) went above and beyond to manage a complex set of logistics issues around exporting a rare document to Europe on an expedited basis. For every road block that popped up--corralling online partners to process the purchase quickly, getting various people who were on their day off to help, tracking down signatures for import documents--he stayed on top of the job. Would I use Bongo again? Definitely. Do I recommend them to handle international shipments--even ridiculous ones for very expensive matters that come up at the last minute before the weekend? Absolutely. And you should to.

Bongo are amazingly prompt and courteous in their customer service and I highly recommend them. I wanted to buy shoes from Europe and first I tried their personal shopper service, in which they purchase items on your behalf (had to because my international credit card was declined) and then ship them to you. Unfortunately the personal shopper order didn't work out, the European manufacturer's online store had discontinued the shoes I wanted, Bongo contacted me within a day or so of finding this out and had fully refunded my personal shopper fee and item cost within 72 hours. I later sourced the shoes I wanted from a European retailer who accepted paypal as payment and Bongo received my parcel from them without any fuss and got in touch within hours to tell me they'd arrived (even though I already knew, was watching DHL tracking :) Highly recommend them...A+

I am in the process of fixing up an old Mercedes Benz (not restoring) which is in good original condition , unfortunately a lot of things don't work any more, or I should say didn't work any more, so have been having huge problems sourcing some parts for it.. A lot of companies want you to spend X amount of dollars before shipping over seas, but with this company It did not matter want the amount was.... Their service can only be described as excellent...... Fast delivery as well.... A very satisfied customer

To be honest, at very first I thought that the shipping cost is very expensive, but after do some research and lot of comparison, finally I come to conclusion that the price is not that bad and still within market price. Even more they also offer a premium package with low monthly subscription fee. So far I really love the way the team handle the process. I don't have any doubt in my mind to let this company handling all my goods. Highly recommended.
