I have purchased number of items and forwarded to bongo. They have signed and received all lightings. But few items lost when it deliver to my house. It takes times to search again and again but my items still not found. I am open a case claiming lost now and thats not totally the meaning of money. Its about trustful and safety. The basic need of a freight forwarding company. How come the photo of box shown on the delived items but i cant see it when it arrived?

Compré mercancía, me prestaron su dirección, recibí varios paquetes, me dijeron que el costo incluía los costos de importación y no fue así! Pague $ 243.90 USD, a BONGO la mercancía me salio no mas de 173.08 USD, fue la peor experiencia!!!! Una estrella se me hace muchisimo de calificación.

Bongo now fedexcrossborder Please dont use their services they will charge you on the inbound packages and you don't know the actual size and weight of your package when it arrives in your US mailbox address however it is prepaid by the seller OR yourself. I bought an item from ebay.com after receiving at bongo warehouse i paid shipping charges, handling fees, box charges, fuel surcharges and insurance for damage and loss protection to forwarding it to my Zambian address. they have calculate 9 lbs billable weight of my parcel according to volumateric basis that's fine, but when i got the shipment i did measurement and found i was overcharged because actual weight was less than 5lbs and volumateric calculation also coming to 6.2lbs which supposed to be consider 6lbs and ended paying for extra 3lbs. i try to contact the customer service and they told me "they can not refund the difference value and they will charge only according to inbound shipment" so we have to pay blindly even if they says your parcel was 50lbs instead of 6lbs at the time of receipt and you will have no option.

Bongo participated in the theft of over 700 dollars from my bank account. I have never been a customer of Bongo International, yet they stole my rent money directly from my bank account using my check card number without my permission or knowledge. I am unemployed, so this is a theft from the poor with all its consequences (see Psalm 109). I suggest that bongo make this right by reversing the charges.

scammers. I buy from private individuals. and ask what would have sent the invoices. so I know the real purchase price. for this my account was blocked. he also said that I have different shipping and billing. I think that the loss of money and purchase. but I will not leave it so. will be made to appeal to the police and the court. bongo thieves and noobs!!!! any relationship to the official fedex, they are not related. The fedex said that they use their name for their dirty deeds. Monday I arrive at the warehouse with the police stupid, greedy!!!!!! damn you!!!!!!!

scam site , i shop some items in USA and when the package arrives they banned my account if you pay in the site , you get the banned I forwarded the site information to the FBI USA

crossborder or Bongo scam my packages and closed my account for no reason and wont return my packages to merchants and scam my credit card and wont refund my money
