We tried to order some shoes from France without success, because French web-stores refused to deliver to Finland. Bongo International service gave us solution to solve problem. Now my wife is more than happy.

A great way to get shipments from the USA or other parts of the world. Bongos rate are very competitive and the goods get here (Australia) so fast, 4-5 days! I would recommend Bongo to anyone...full stop.

I had 3 shipments from US online stores who would not either deliver to Europe, or accept a UK billing address. Bongo consolidated all 3, sent photos of each item, and delivered very very fast, duty paid. One off the US stores did not register my Mailbox correctly which worried me that Bongo would not know who it was for. I added the tracking number to my Bongo account, and Bongo added the delivery same day they received it. Ive shipped from US shops direct and it can take 7 to 10 days to clear customs in UK and arrive. Bongo did the whole thing in a few days. The only tiny negative was the accuracy of Fedex tracking who showed the pack in the US on the day it arrived at my house in the UK. Expensive at face value, but with duty paid and the speed of service, I'd use Bongo again any time.
