Avoid at all costs - Learn from my mistake! I ordered an IPL from them and it very quickly went into overheating and switching off. At no attempt would the device stay on for longer than 2 minutes. I contacted customer services and they have spun me numerous lies over about 3 weeks saying it's how i'm holding the machine and then to do with the light etc. I sent them a video and then again the 'technical team' reviewed this and gave various excuses. Each time being a different reason. After having been told they will organise a refund, to then organising a replacement, they have finally said actually i'm back at fault as the 'technical team' can't see anything wrong with the device from the video shared. The device switches off after about 1.5minutes of use... Absolute waste of money with a company who feed an incredible amount of lies but continue to pretend they are doing everything possible to help. Don't bother and look elsewhere
