This company has the least helpful customer support that I have ever experienced. I have been waiting a month for my order for a redlight cap to improve hair growth. I have sent 4 emails to Bondedblush & several to Relay the courier. No update on delivery is available after 15/10. A week has gone by so it obviously lost. I have requested a refund again today. Let's see what happens??

‘Buyer Beware’ awful returns policy my product had to be shipped back to China so I accepted a 30% return payment. 12 days later no payment received. This is not a Uk company and I am doubtful I will receive the payment. Worst experience ever of an online purchase.

They do not read emails before dispatch. I emailed them to cancel my order immediately after ordering and they did but respond and sent a dispatch notification instead. I emailed using their info email address as well as their contact form but there was no point. After dispatching they sent me a response saying it was too late to cancel. Not good customer service at all!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE GOODS, This is a terrible company, send plausible email, but don’t follow through with what they say. Still waiting for a refund which I have been chasing since August. Keep getting emails saying they have sent another hairdryer as a good will gesture. I don’t want a hairdryer I want money back.

I have just used my hairdryer, Its definitely lightweight and powerful but the magnetic attachment is not great. I used the defuser and it fell off 3 times whilst I tried to dry my hair. I had a free gift inside the hairdryer box but I have no idea what it is and there was no info on it!

Do not buy anything from this terrible company! I've been fighting them via email for a refund on a LED hair growth cap that wasn't fit for purpose. They want you to return the item and pay for the customs so they don't have to! Thank God for PayPal who got me my money back!
