I honestly don’t know why someone would give Bo Murley Fitness LLC a 5-star review. Maybe their experience was different, but once you read what I went through, you might think twice before signing up. I first found Bo on Instagram and set up a call. The call went fine, but afterwards he immediately pressured me to pay for his program — $2,900 for 4 months. I ended up taking out a loan through Affirm (which turned into a whole other nightmare). At first things seemed okay, but by month 2 I ran into medical and financial hardships. Bo only offered me “credit” for the program, which I couldn’t take. That’s when I looked closer at the contract. Article 1.1 clearly states Bo Murley Fitness would provide a training, diet, and nutrition plan. The training plan was there, but the diet/nutrition plan was not. I was logging meals, but had no idea how many calories I should be eating. I even contacted Trainerize (the app he uses) and they confirmed what a proper nutrition plan should look like. My account never had one. I disputed this with Affirm, but they kept siding with Bo, even though failure to provide the nutrition plan was a direct breach of contract. After my first dispute, Bo breached the contract again by revoking my access — Article 3.1(e) says access can only be revoked if the client doesn’t pay. I paid in full through Affirm, so that was a second breach. After multiple disputes and being ignored despite having solid evidence (screenshots, emails, recordings), I finally escalated it to the Attorney General and the CFPB. Only then did Affirm finally rule in my favor and refund me. Please don’t fall for this. Bo pressures people into joining, but he’s not even the trainer — he just puts you with someone else. To me, this felt more like a money grab than an actual coaching program. Go local, pay for a trainer you can actually talk to, and avoid Bo Murley Fitness LLC at all costs.

Coach John is fantastic!

I can't thank this program enough! I am down 20lb which is just the start of my journey! Not only was my coach John very understanding, but kept me accountable for myself, taught me different workouts that work with my lifestyle, helped me find & recognizing foods that help me feel full but not bloated how I felt before without completely changing foods we currently eat or completely change my lifestyle. Just adding to it & nake slight changes for the better. First time trying a weightloss journey where I received compliments from my husband about my weightloss! Teaching or reminding me that life will always throw me curve balls but to take that time to deal with those things first & then get back on track as during my journey I lost my mother & was a tough time & just his checking in & patience helped me get through & push through & get back on track. For this I will be forever grateful! Checked in on me each week with even just the little Happy Monday & how's your week going? Down to earth, compassionate & made me feel like I was heard with questions & concerns. Thanks again John!

Bo Murley aka AlphaHer has provided me with not only some great workouts, but have helped with nutrition as well. My coach is John who is fantastic and so down to earth. Gives great advice consistently. I am currently down 25lbs and have added great habits to my everyday life. I have had coaches through other programs and this one is the best! Thanks John and Bo! 💪

I had the initial call with Bo Murley and was set up with Kadie. She has been great! She adjusts my workouts and calories based on my feedback. Weight loss has been very slow, but consistent. The plan is to lose weight slowly so I can keep it off. I am one month into the program and am very happy with my coach.

Bo Murley Fitness is amazing! John is knowledgeable, motivating, and truly invested in his clients’ success. Every workout is well‑planned, challenging, and tailored to individual goals and fitness levels. He creates a positive, welcoming environment that keeps you motivated and accountable.
