Misleading and unreliable!
As a first time customer I noticed my $83 purchase was still getting charged for shipping when it stated on the shipping info (on every product) that it would be free over $75. I messaged customer service and was told I would need to spend $100+ for free shipping. I sent them a screenshot of their website where it said it was $75 and they sent a completely separate link that I can't even find on their website that shows the free shipping at $100. They refused any type of assistance so I told them I'll be spending my money somewhere more reliable. I understand that when there are price updates sometimes things are missed but I was highly disappointed that this company refused to honor their incorrect free shipping price. As a side note; I also find it extremely misleading that they only allow 5 star reviews to show up on their products. All other reviews are archived.
