Súper fast delivery and the custumer experience was excellent!

Shipping is SLOW. Reached out to customer service several times to inquire about my order as it had been almost a week and my order still hasn’t shipped. Kept getting the same response that the order shipped on their end and allow more business for tracking to update and to receive package. I do enough online ordering to know that my items weren’t shipped there was only a label created. Considering I’m overpaying for these overpriced leggings I would expect better customer service not a generic response. I told them if my order doesn’t update by tomorrow I will cancel my order and spend my money on elsewhere.

I've been a customer of this brand for almost a year now. I have probably 10 leggings, 3 shorts, and 5 bras from them. The material is very soft. I wash mine after 2 uses and so far in a year haven't had any holes or pilling. I think they are slightly over priced. If they were 65-75 range then it would be perfect! Out of 10 leggings, 2 have been more see through when I squat. So I know now which ones to avoid. The shorts do roll up a lot and avoid that too. But the customer service has been fine for me and I like the rewards system.

I bought 2 leggings at bombshell for no less than 120 euros each. After wearing it once, small holes already appeared. asked how this is possible... their answer this cannot be a factory defect and you have removed the labels we can do nothing for you! ridiculous

Before I get into quality, they do not post any negative reviews on their website. I left a very respectful honest review with pictures and it was never posted. So here I am to warn others. The quality of their leggings is atrocious. I have 6 pairs of the thigh high and ankle sock leggings. The fabric is SO thin, not sweat proof, snags very easily and after 2 wears I discovered a hole in the seam in the back - embarrassing! The fabric is so thin that it constantly rolls down along the midsection, doesn't move well against the skin if you sweat...and the middle front seam, oh my goodness. Even with a panty liner, it is a serious camel situation, I've never had this problem with other leggings. These are super cute, super soft and su[per sexy but NOT for anyone who actually wants to move around and work out hard in them. You will be thinking about them and rearranging the leggings constantly. I'm 5'5, 120lbs, fit. Beware of the super short return policy also if you dare try them. I wish all of this wasn't so :-(

Bombshell is one of my favourite places to buy active wear. The styles are amazing, the quality is always great, & the products are always super comfy. Delivery to Australia is usually quick too.

I am obsessed with bombshell! Absolutely everything I have ever purchased which is a lot have came on time with no flaws! Couldn’t recommend them more!
