I ordered two different converters on order # 29739 and received one promptly and am still waiting for the other converter, going on two weeks. I have tried several times to email my concern and they keep coming back "undeliverable". I get the same response in replies to their confirmation and website email addresses.

Player came very fast and shipping box in very good condition. Bluray player was very easy to set up and works great, very happy with purchase.

I needed electrical adapters to travel to Europe. It was easy to determine which adapters were required.
