I bought two players from them, a DVD and a blu ray. Fast shipment. The players worked very well for a while, and suddenly some kind of files did not work anymore. When I contacted them to make an inquiry, they never responded. There are more options available.

Paypal complaint necessary and equipment does not work as specified.

Shipping slow, packaging very minimal and not what I expected. I ordered 100% essential oils and I got 40% almond oil. Waste of time and good money

The Phillips multizone DVD player comes with a very unclear "user manual" and I am not sure if I connected it properly. So far has not worked. I will try to get help with the connection, before I give up and return it.

I ordered two different converters on order # 29739 and received one promptly and am still waiting for the other converter, going on two weeks. I have tried several times to email my concern and they keep coming back "undeliverable". I get the same response in replies to their confirmation and website email addresses.

Paid full price for unit advertised as new; instead received unit that was used, with scratches and paint finish missing in many places; returned unit for exchange, then was told that was not possible/refund made=not a good experience.
