Ordered product from Bombay electronics on a Monday ., delivered to my door two days later. The ac adapter unfortunately didn't work , sales support was quick to act to my Email concerns , and immediately sent out a replacement part. Will definitely do future business again with Bombay Electronics!

Bombay Electronics went the extra mile to try to help me find a DVD player that would play my old Japanese DVDs. We were not successful but it wasn't because they didn't give it their best shot. I really appreciate the effort they went to . Thank you so much Bombay. Jim Hough
