Purchased two modified region-free Blu-ray players, which worked great, and had helpful instructions on the modification. Unfortunately, one of them died after six months, and had to be replaced. No hassle at all working with them to get a replacement. I'd definitely use them again.

All 'Blu-ray' players (Panasonic, Sony, Pioneer purchased by me on several occasions) for 'worldwide' since 2010 are working well even today in 2016. The Braun Fruit Juicer purchased (220 Volts) for use India is working well. The products they sell are genuine in my opinion.

I ordered a DVD player from Bombay Electronics. When it failed to work upon arrival, they immediately shipped a higher quality replacement - no questions asked. Customer service doesn't get much better than this. Highest possible recommendation.

I had an issue when my universal Blueray player stopped working with UK DVDs. I sent an email asking for help and quickly received a firmware update and easy to use step by step directions which resolved the problem. Will buy from them again.
