Unfortunately, Brazilian customs refused your package as return to sender. We have already issued full refund back to your account. Please contact local customs office to see why the package was not imported in to Brazil.

I purchased a DVD player from them years ago and it is still working. I think Bombay electronics is simply the best and when my DVD player finally fails, I will purchase another one from them. Always treated decently by customer service! The problems I have had are with the product line! I purchased a Sony region free Blu Ray players 4 yrs ago! After 1 month's time it would stop playing consistantly! Sent it in for repairs but sometimes the screen erratically goes blank! Can't figure out the problem to this present day!
