Bolt DealsReviews of boltdeals.io

JT has been instrumental to our success as a business and as a team. There’s always a great takeaway after every meeting that our team implements. Bolt Leads does a great job managing our expectations. One example is understanding no matter how much we optimize the leads that come in, it’s our job to monetize the cards we are dealt with.

Working with JT, our business coach from Bolt Deals, has been an extraordinary experience. JT is hands down one of the most knowledgeable and insightful individuals in the business world that I know. His guidance on maneuvering through various deals and strategies is invaluable. JT has answers to any problem you might encounter, making him an indispensable resource. Not only is JT incredibly knowledgeable, but he is also authentic and true to his word, which is a rare quality. The relationship we have built with him will undoubtedly outlast the Bolt Deals lead gen platform through which we met. JT isn’t just a coach; he’s become a good friend. In summary, JT is a remarkable asset to our business. His insights and advice have been crucial to our success, and he alone is worth the cost of what we pay for Bolt Deals. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-tier business coaching.

I've only been with the company for just about 2 weeks and we have over 20 quality leads, currently in the process of securing 2 contracts. So far, Bolt Deals is offical, they're so offical that I wanted to keep them a secret.

Before discovering Boltdeals, lead generation was the bane of our business. We struggled to bring in inbound leads, and it felt like an uphill battle every single day. But everything changed when we joined Boltdeals just a month ago. Now, we have over 70 opportunities in our pipeline, three under contract, and two ready to close within the month! It's been a game-changer for us. The support and strategies provided by Boltdeals have been nothing short of incredible. If you're looking to transform your business and boost your lead generation, I can't recommend Boltdeals enough. They have truly made a world of difference for us!

These leads are hot! Bolt deals has taken our business to the next level. We’re no longer hunting for leads. Now the leads come to us, super motivated & ready to sell!

Got my first lead under contract. Projected to clear 100k assignment. Could have locked up another 2 deals in just 22 at bats, but I was slow to getting my numbers together. The leads are hot, hot! I'm talking foreclosure, death bed and addiction problems that need immediate solutions. Super stoked about the opportunities I'm seeing now. These inbound leads are fire. Thank you Bolt Deals!

As a Real Estate Investor currently doing 5-10 deals per month I can confidently say that Bolt Deals firmly helped get me to scale my wholesale operation. When I first signed up with Bolt Deals in April we as a company were doing 2 deals per month on average & I was fresh off an experience with another Marketing Company that royally screwed me with just the absolute lowest quality of leads. No kidding it was a complete joke! I signed up reluctantly (took me about a week of thinking in total) but after speaking to a few investors that also use Bolt Deals I decided to give the idea of Digital Ads one final shot. And I must say Ben & his team did not disappoint. With the help of their campaigns we closed & funded 19 deals in the past 3 months. (An Average of 6 closed deals per month) Although not every lead is going to close (which is expected) a vast majority of these leads are homeowners coming to you not because they "want an offer" but rather because they NEED to sell. These are leads that as wholesalers we need. We don't need retail tirekickers. To those on the fence of working with bolt deals I can say that after working with other companies myself, trust me I get the uneasy feeling of shelling out extra capital for marketing. But with that said I would strongly recommend you give them a shot. There is not a single other marketing company in the space that I have seen (and I've worked with 5 in total) that actually delivers good, closeable leads & thats what bolt did for me. If you put in the work to call, follow up & stay on top of these leads there isn't a reason why you shouldn't be able to grow your wholesale operation with their direct to seller campaigns. Thank you again to the entire bolt deals team. Highly recommend.

We've love working with Bolt Deals. We've gotten tons of leads every month. Currently working about 12 contracts with the leads they've sent us, as novation deals. JT is awesome. Laura is very helpful as well. The whole team is very quick to respond.
