I purchased a 1-year subscription through AppSumo with a valid redeem code. During activation, I was asked to enter my credit card “as a guarantee only”. Despite the subscription already being paid, my card was charged $540. This is a clear double payment. I contacted the vendor multiple times with full evidence, but received no clear response. My bank dispute was refused, and the vendor’s support is slow and vague. Based on many similar reviews here, this looks like a recurring issue. I am still waiting for my refund.

I’ve been using bolt.new since day one and have been paying for the PRO plan the entire time. I was never fully satisfied, but I gave them another chance after their latest upgrade. Big mistake. The platform keeps wasting tokens without actually fixing the issues. Every response from agent is the same empty line: “Yes, you’re right, I found the issue and will fix it now”, but nothing ever changes. There’s no real progress at all. Customer support is completely useless. You only get a bot, which does not respond properly, and getting a real human agent is impossible. This has been an utter disappointment. I would not recommend bolt.new to anyone.

Unbelievable why google suggest this, but I tried to with Pro plan - If does not auto commit code sometime, if ask to connect github but sometime say its does not have access to the source code white it show logs it edit code, this is VERY frustrate and stupid, - Its very unpredictable behavior can the commit message sometime very unclear, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY on this stupid tool, this is scam

The worst Experience Possible, I have to say, Vly.ai is alot better. Burns through tokens faster than a sportscar burns through 1l of fuel. I spend more time fixing the errors, it makes completely unfunctional apps that are trash, this is the worst ai and the worst cashgrab

The company has very scammy marketing strategies. I signed up during a hackathon, which offered 3 months of Bolt Premium for free. I was being charged after the 1st month ended and absolutely no reply from support. Extremely expensive product - you are far better off with Cursor/ChatGPT/Claude.
