I have enjoyed the services for our church. We are a small church and BoldSign really fits our needs. BoldSign also has great customer service. I accidently did not cancel my premium in time due to a personal emergency and BoldSign was able to help refund me. I really appreciated their customer service. The user face could be a bit updated and using the Bulk send feature wasn't as intuitive as I had hoped, hence the 4 stars.

Good value and functionality compared to DocuSign. Would be great if there was native SharePoint/OneDrive extensions.
