If some idiot happens to hit the "spam" button out of sheer stupidity, this "wonderful" service will immediately bring your entire operation to a standstill—and their support team will take a couple of days to even get back to you. If you’re keen on ending up bent over a barrel at the worst possible moment, then by all means, start working with them.

Horrible. Can’t even get a sales rep to reply. Don’t use them. 5 people on a call to do the walk through trial. Wanted to proceed with the software but trying to get someone to respond to an email, you get crickets. Can’t imagine if I became an actual customer ~so glad I didn’t go with this company.

I signed up to their paid plan and was disappointed - they don't have SMS support for the country I needed available and that wasn't clear upfront. So I switched to another provider and asked for a refund, which I received after two months.

Streamlined platform for digital signatures that functions much better for our business than Docusign did with their envelope limitations. The app works great on phone and our clients have not had any issues changing over from Docusign.
