Had to contact the company re no confirmation email, could not have been more helpful and goods arrived as described.

Fabulous items that are well made and very supportive customer service. Hands down one of the best places I’ve ordered from in a very long time.

Why I gave 4 starts is because you have to make sure the button to click on is above the middle of the screen. Also thats it's very difficult to do the spin the wheel because the button can not be moved above. Other then that everything else went super well.

I love the variety of clothes you offer and I was happy for the most part but the 2 long sleeve shirts I ordered are cut VERY badly. The bottom of the shirts are a LOT smaller than the other items I ordered in the same size and the sleeves are almost a full foot too long. I can't wear them and while I did place another order just today, I will stick to the regular tee shirts which is a shame because I really wanted to order some hoodies but I'm afraid they will have the same problem as the long sleeve shirts.

Absolutely shocking company!! Avoid at all costs! Items I ordered were too small (despite ordering 2 sizes bigger than I usually do) so I followed the instructions on their website to contact customer services for the address to return products. To date there are 29 emails between myself and them and I still don’t have refund! I complied with their request for photos of the items on me to prove that they were too small but they wouldn’t provide an address to return them saying that “due to high shipping costs it wouldn’t be worth my while sending them back” so they offered me to keep the items (that were too small) and as a “goodwill gesture” they would refund me 20% of my order! I paid £81 for my order and they feel that offering me £16.20 when I am legally entitled to a full refund is laughable!! I have said on number occasions that I’m happy to pay the shipping fee but they will not give me an address to send the items back to! I was offered a 60% refund but even with the shipping costs I would still be over £20 out of pocket, so I refused and again requested a full refund and for them to supply a return address. They ignored this email! I went to my bank and they thankfully refunded me the full amount and contacted the company to retrieve the funds and they (Bold Oversized) had the audacity to challenge my claim!!! Company and customer service are absolutely appalling and they take an average of 12-24 hours to respond to emails, even when I replied immediately within 2-5 minutes of the email from them I wouldn’t get a response until either at the end of the day or the next day. I first contacted them requesting an address to return items on 15th December 2024 and they are still not cooperating! I ordered the items in bigger sizes on the day the first order arrived as I didn’t think I’d have issues like this just to get my money back. I’d already emailed to explain that the items were too small and I’d like to return them but they didn’t respond until the next day and I’d already ordered the new batch by then, I wouldn’t have re ordered if I had received the response I did from them, basically accusing me of lying and wanting photos to prove the items didn’t fit. As the items were so tight I ordered 2 sizes bigger, so 6 sizes bigger than what I usually am but the new order arrived today and they are still small!!! I will be going back to my bank for a refund again I think!!! Edited on 04/01/2025. Having received a response from BoldOversize, they are saying that there is a dispute open and they are unable to refund my money (up until my bank started an investigation they were refusing to provide the return details or issue a refund!) Apparently the dispute is with SHOPLINE but I have never heard of this company and I certainly didn’t pay via them or open a dispute with them. My bank refunded me the money and contacted Boldoversize with all the evidence that I provided and I was told that if they (Bold oversize) refunded me than they would take the money back they gave me but if I didn’t receive the refund then I could keep the money they had given me. In another email from Boldoversize I was asked to cancel my dispute with PayPal so they could refund my money and I don’t even have a PayPal account, then it changed to this other company SHOPLINE!

Delivery was delayed, but they were on top of the situation and stayed in contact with me until I received my package. Love my beautiful shirts!

The quality of the shirts are great. I did have to get a replacement shipment since my first order got lost somehow but customer service was on top of it and I got my products. When they say OVERSIZE they mean it. Do not upsize it is totally not necessary. I will buy more.

Poor quality print in the tshirt, bought as a Christmas present for my partner, she even mentioned the print was poor and will peel off easily not worth the £30 I have paid. Wish I went elsewhere, delivery always took a while but happy to leave that as its peak season. Hence why I haven't bothered trying to return, wasted enough time trying to sort it. Won't shop here again
