Fast service, packaging needs improvement.
I have only ordered once. The entire order was a frozen order, and while they did use a proper cold shipping container, they did not pack the items securely. My package clearly rolled around, and one of the items I ordered (cream puffs in a thin clamshell) was completely destroyed -- the plastic was cracked, and half of the creampuffs were pulverized under the dry ice package. The other half were not edible due to the mess created by the dry ice. Please pack more neatly. Unless I need something rare that only these guys carry, I probably won't order anything from them again any time soon.
