I didn't get my pdf at first
I didn't get my pdf at first but after making it apparent that wasn't okay they emailed me back with a correct download

This was a good experience
This was a good experience. It stated you would receive immediate response. But response was delayed. Just add that comment when submitted that purchase has been confirmed wait about thirty minutes. Otherwise very good and no problems. Good choice.

Terrible
Can’t open my textbook because the link has expired and the copy I downloaded is nowhere to be found on my laptop. Stuck having to repay for it again. Not impressed. Edit: I’ve finally been refunded the second purchase.

Worth it
Its a pretty good service, they did not have all the books I needed but I still saved more with them than any other service I've seen
