The service itself was fine. One star gets knocked off since my delivery took 48 hrs despite being promised a 24 hr turnover time.

I spent $20 and did not receive a link to my book when I got the receipt email in my inbox. It said "No digital copies found" under the book that I purchased. Edit: It has been more than 24 hours since I received the receipt for my purchase in my email and I have not received a link for the product I purchased. I would please like a refund.

Bokitba provides an incredible service for me as a student, but there are some issues that need to be worked out. I had checked on the availability of a few books and then gotten the high-end subscription. They would then not honor my membership since the requests had been made before I subscribed. Sometimes it takes >24hrs to deliver books after I have paid for them. I wondered at the legitimacy of the website at first, but I now trust they will uphold their end of the bargain.
