Outrageous shipping cost and no response from customer service email still over a week.

Hi Natasha- We are sorry that we aren't able to ship to Hawaii cheaper. Unfortunately because of the size of the box needed to ship hats and many items to Hawaii we are forced to charge bulk shipping fees as USPS is our only option as a shipping carrier and they have raised their prices drastically since COVID. We also wish it was more affordable for both of us. Incredible service
I was hesitant to purchase as I had never even heard of this store before, in fact it just popped up on my feed! I was blown away with how quickly it shipped. I live in Canada and I had the dress in my hands approximately 3 days after I purchased it! The quality of the dress surpassed my expectations and I am so excited to order again.

The item you purchase was marked down for final sale and not able to be returned as stated on the website, but it looks like the customer service rep did offer for you to send it back for store credit as a curiosity and you declined that offer.
