Defect on Minikane doll’s face. 2 dark spots.
The timeliness of the package was great. However the doll we received has 2 dark spots on its face. Looks like a factory defect. I wasn’t too happy about this because we paid quite a bit for the doll for my daughters 2nd Birthday. Rating would have been significantly higher had the defects not been on the dolls face.

I would not recommend this online shop.
I would not recommend this online shop. Customer service is not good at all. I am a first time customer and placed an order during the Labor Day sale which they claimed was after a certain time frame. They would not honor it, and then mailed the items anyways and refused to send me a return label so I could return them.

Great Customer Experience
Had an exceptional experience with BM! The website was easy to navigate and they had unique treasures that are hard to find in normal kids stores! The high quality of my item was wrapped with care and also the super fast shipping was a bonus!! Thank you again! I’m a fan!! Can’t wait to purchase more beautiful goodies for my littles!!
