Boehringer-Ingelheim PharmaceuticalsReviews of boehringer-ingelheim.com

My cat was given a rabies vaccine manufactured by this company. They are fully aware of the risks and still distribute the product. It gave my cat cancer. After much research, it turns out hundreds of cat owners have also experienced loss from their products. ASK YOUR VET TO AVOID!

Boehringer-Ingelheim makes a product called Jardiance. I am a user of this product. It's a great product. Helps keep my A1C at 5.8 and my heart well. Been using it for 2 years. Of course Rx by my PCP. Thank you Boehringer-Ingelheim. I recommend it.

There new drug Jascayd is a very expensive scam on the public. The FDA approval in 2025 was mostly based on their own "provided" research! BEWARE IM ON IT WITH MAJOR FATIGUE SIDE EFFECTS. Tapering down to minimum dosage but dont trust this drug to work any better than the generic ones now available. Their are none so desperate as the dying..Shame on this slimebag company who is known for pet drugs!

They advertise rebates on certain purchases. I tried twice before and was told I was rejected because I used an online store and it has to be from a vet. Okay. I just submitted a rebate for a 12 month supply of Heartguard through my vet with auto refill set up so that I got a little break on the price. You guessed it, they refused it. Said I got a break from my vet so that's it. This is a scam. I'll find another more reputable company to deal with in the future.

My experience with Boehringer has been nothing but positive? I have had occasion to speak to them once last year (2025) and again today (3/3/26) in seeking for me, important medication called Mirapexin Pramipexole which is extremely important for a condition I have called Restless Legs Syndrome, without these meds I cannot sleep at all, so when my chemist told me they where having difficulty getting hold of this drug, I decided again to speak to the customer services team at Boehringer, on this occasion I spoke to Adele who’s customer service skills where second to none, she promised to call me back when she had the answer, she called me back 30 mins later with the good news that stock availability was back to normal and my pharmacy should have no problem in getting my meds for me…. So for me Boehringer where fabulous (especially Adele) so thanks to everyone concerned who got my positive answer for me ❤️
