Ended up cancelling after they charged me twice in the amount of over $700. I got nothing in return and no refund or apology for the mixup. Really disappointed.

This was nothing other than an attempt to sell testosterone on a monthly basis. I was up front and said I wasn’t interested in testosterone and wanted natural supplements. They said they would run a complete panel of bloodwork; yet they didn’t even check my Vit. D levels and targeted testing not to find the root cause but to sell there product. Complete scam...Run!!

I have been seeing Dr. Heidi Archer and she uses this service to keep expenses down for her clients. The supplement supply was a difficult service to use. On several occasions they sent me more supply than what I needed before my testing was completed. The testing would determine the changes that would need to be made to my supplement order and they would have already sent me a 3 month supply of the old order without asking me. I asked several time to be taken off of the auto reorder (which I had never asked to be on in the first place) and I was never taken off it. Then when I called to receive supplements within the next 10 days I was told that I needed to give them new credit card information, which I did. He said the order would go out that afternoon. I received a phone call 2 weeks later (after not receiving my order) asking for my credit card information again and that the order had not been sent out. There was no communication within the company. I have since decided that I will not use any of these services and have stopped my treatment all together because of how pathetic this company was.

I had a very bad experience with Body Logic. I thought I was calling a Body Logic doctor that I found online and I was bounced around to different offices in different states every time I tried to contact the doctors office. Finally I had a zoom call which I thought was with a doctor and it was with a medical assistant who seemed very confused and could not even interpret my test results. No one was very helpful and I never did get to speak to a doctor. I worked with a different doctor in the Denver area and I have been super happy with my bio identical hormones.

Waste of money. The actual test aren’t fda approved and it’s just their way of scamming you.

Total Scam! I paid this company $700.00 to complete a bloodwork profile including urinalysis as a basis for HRT therapies. I was contacted by a nurse practitioner in Tampa that is contracted with body logic. She advised me that my results came back without any bloodwork results. She further stated that she had never seen that happen before. So obviously there was a problem with my test results. She then went on, in a futile attempt to analyze my state of health simply based on a urine sample. I told her that it was impossible to analyze my results when part of the test was missing. The company then contacted me stating that they were going to prescribe hormone replacement therapies based on a urine sample without any bloodwork. I advised them to not charge my credit card, nor call in any prescriptions for me, that I had never gotten full test results nor spoken to one of their doctors. I find this absolutely outrageous, I don’t trust this company. I Would never recommend them to anybody. Instead of telling me " we’re so sorry let us resend you the test products and redo the test", they attempted to call in prescriptions when they had the major part of the test missing. I had thought this was a quality company from their web presence, however, they seem to be all over the place and farming out their services to other companies as the N.P. that had originally called me was with another Nursing Care company out of Tampa- ?? What the heck???

Very, very expensive. In order to talk to a doctor you have to pay around 1,000 dollars. Almost 5 months into the meds and I feel absolutely no different. BTW- after the initial 1,000 it’s about 600 MORE dollars to have a follow-up conversation with the doc which requires additional lab work. Doctor is very sweet and kind; the whole thing is just a money grabber in my opinion. Total rip-off.
