Crazy
Tried to place my second order and they canceled. They gave a reason of ordering too much and said I could adjust and reorder. I adjusted the order and then they said I couldn't order more than 5 total quantity no matter if it was different products together. Although my first order with them had 20 items. Email from support is inconsistent. They tell you one thing and then change it the next day. Joke

Administrative support is not great, always voicemail when I call. No return calls. Pharmacy is terrible! Service horrendous. No automatic refill option, must speak with a person. They don’t seem well trained, can’t find my information, etc. I want to dial in my RX number and hang up. I switched to a local Colorado pharmacy as the Wells service so poor. I no longer will use wells.

I've had two negative experiences with testosterone pellet insertions (out of 5 or 6), with the doctor (and his staff) not really caring to follow up even after notifying his office of the bad outcomes. Also, I have probably several years' worth of expensive vitamins and other pills pushed by the BodyLogic pharmacy. Their automatic reorder system sends a lot more than required...

BodyLogicMD in VA was good. In NJ however, the treatment was inconsistent and transactional. Patient first .... then business development please.

Too many mistakes from your office staff. Very frustrating!!! Pricing of your services is extremely high. Your vitamins and supplements are also all over priced. I would give you one star but I feel generous today.

BodyLogicMD is not insurance based, so it operates a little different from a conventional doctor’s office. While you may be able to utilize your insurance for some of the requested lab tests, in most cases, out of pocket fees, do still apply. BodyLogicMD charges a processing fee any time testing is ordered – which is roughly 3-4 times a year. This processing and administration fee covers all of the back office work that is done related to your appointments and treatment. If you visit a BodyLogicMD practice, you may notice that the in-office staff is much smaller than a traditional medical practice, and that’s because the practitioner has a support team that operates remotely and handles all of the administrative work. Doing this allows the practitioner to spend more time with you and focus entirely on your care, and while some may view this as an extra fee, in reality, it helps keep the consultation fees low compared to other concierge practices. Many supplements sold at popular retailers do not contain the listed ingredients or contain cheap fillers that could pose a threat. In fact, in early 2015, GNC, Target, Walmart, and Walgreens were accused of selling fraudulent and potentially dangerous supplements, and this was proven when the New York State Attorney General’s office investigated and tested many top-selling supplements.
