Working with Dr. Lai and the Body Logic team has been a revelation for me in how optimizing my health can happen, even after years of being out-of-shape. Since starting with Dr. Lai, I have shaved off 40 pounds and altered my body composition from 27.7 BMI to 22 BMI. The service has been outstanding as has the ongoing communication on reorders. When the first BodyLogic tests came back it highlighted several deficiencies. Most alarming, to me anyway, was that my testosterone level was 75% lower than the average male. That’s where much of the fatigue, irritability, decreased libido and muscle mass stemmed from. Results: 1. Energy to be in the gym 5 days a week. Workouts usually last a full hour and a half. 2. Muscle mass has visibly increased. 3. I used to avoid any public pool. Now I’m at the pool with every chance I can get. No longer embarrassed to take my shirt off – anywhere. 4. Libido is strong. 5. She treats both men and women, and she really has a genuine concern for her patience health & well being. Her assistant, Cindy, is very helpful and friendly, and they are both dedicated to making your visit, a pleasurable one.
