Enjoying a Great Quality of Life while struggling with the financial cost
I'm a 69 year old male and have been a BodyLogicMD patient for 9 years. Dr. Leslie Cooper in Salt Lake City, UT is currently my doctor. She has been terrific in providing a great high quality of lifestyle over the years. I'm very grateful for all the professional, friendly and compassionate care I have received from her and her staff. My only difficulty I experience is the same concern others have offered in their reviews; the cost. I'm a Viet Nam veteran, retired and dependent on the VA and Medicare for my medical expenses. The VA won't assist in Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, but would provide full conventional medical HRT which I'm not comfortable with. I've also submitted bills to Medicare and have been rejected. So like all other patients I must pay out of pocket, which really gets expensive as my wife is also a BodyLogicMD patient (over $5,000.00 per year). I've always believed that we generally get what we pay for and believe BodyLogicMD is a very reputable and professional company, but it comes down to justifying this treatment as necessary priority worthy of making financial sacrifices. As we age and are reliant on BHRT assistance to make the rest of our journey as beneficial as possible this ongoing expense challenges our limited budget. Any relief from BodyLogicMD would be beneficial, perhaps discounting for more than one family member, or even military service discounts. My continued commitment to BodyLogicMd is striving for a quality of life not a quantity of life.
