Too expensive and doesn’t work.
Too expensive and doesn’t work. And no, it’s not about it being about the money. I went in knowing it would be pricey but it was worth it when it came to my health. But this company sets your expectations really high so please be wary.

After reading your review it seems you felt our pricing was too high. BodyLogicMD is not the least expensive option for bioidentical hormone replacement, nor the most expensive option. We take pride in our network of practitioners which offers the most highly trained practitioners in the field and also offers comprehensive treatment for each individual. We appreciate all patient feedback and are constantly striving to elevate the patient experience.

Very disappointed....
Aug 1st -Update to my below review- BodyLogicMD responded to my review below that they tried unsuccessfully to reach me several times. That is untrue. I received one phone message a few weeks after this review was posted. The message came on a Friday afternoon. I returned the call Monday afternoon. I spoke with Brenda and she was very helpful. She explained to me that there are two programs and to get better care and to interact with Dr Lai I should do the traditional plan. I explained my situation and expressed my concerns over the bad customer service I had experienced. She scheduled a phone call for me with Dr Lai for Wednesday at 3pm. I confirmed date and time of the call with her twice. Wed at 3pm no one called. I waited 15 min and called BodyLogic Md. No one answered so I left a message. 2 days later I received a call from Brenda the lady that helped me. She seemed to have no idea that Dr Lai didn’t contact me even though I left that information on the voicemail.
I have cancelled my service with them. She said she would see if she could do something for my inconvenience. I haven’t heard back from her and I don’t expect to.
Soooo beyond disappointed with this company. Literally have never had such a bad experience with a company.
First Review-
Let me begin with saying I had high hopes for my experience with BodyLogic. A friend of mine used them in Chicago and had a wonderful experience. They are very expensive but she assured me it was worth it. My initial contact was positive. Everyone quickly responded to me and efficiently took my information and not surprising my payment information. Communication continued to be going well through my initial sign up and through getting my blood work done.
After I mailed in my blood work I thought I was going to have a zoom call with Dr. Lai who is all over the website for the Denver office. To my surprise I was on with a nurse. I never saw her face because she said she preferred not to do the zoom call and preferred just using the phone. It definitely felt less personal but I went with it.
My medications and supplements came quickly and after receiving them I had another zoom follow up call scheduled to assess their effectiveness.
The day of my appointment I waited for my call which never came. I called the office and they said they would call me back. No one ever called me back.
I followed up the next day and was told there was a computer glitch.
We made another appointment. A few days before that appointment I received a call asking if I could change this appointment because the nurse had a personal appointment she couldn't miss. At this point I was beyond frustrated and upset with my service from BodyLogic. There is a Vail location so I once again called the main line expressing my dissatisfaction and asking if I could deal with this location instead of the Denver location. The woman I talked to said she would have someone call me back. No one ever did.
I ended up talking with another nurse for my second follow up call on zoom. She was helpful but once again no contact with a doctor. I am not even sure Dr. Lai exists.
At this point I have stuck with this company solely because I am feeling better. I don't know how much longer I will continue with them. I would not recommend this company and would advise looking elsewhere.
My friend in Chicago met with her doctor, the same doctor, each time and had very good personalized service. I expected that same level of service here but haven't had that experience at all.
Definitely not worth the out of pocket expense.

Frustrating
I love Dr. Plucknett. The Body Logic system is frustrating to say it mildly. They just changed their patient portal making everything more difficult. Instead of segregating and itemizing my vitamins and products so I can adjust my orders when needed, they lumped it all together so nothing could be adjusted by me and then proceeded to autoship me a $300 product I did not want. They also shipped out products to me that I did not order and made me pay the return shipping for it promising me they would credit a future order for that uneccesary charge, but that was a lie. Who was I kidding that they would actually keep their word and provide me a credit. It was over $20 to ship it back! Unsatisfied with the system of it, but love my Dr. as I said.

I’m not pleased so far with Body Logic
I’m not pleased with Body Logic so far. They took my credit card and charged me for 2 months right away. I was sent the test kit and returned it immediately. I waited the 10 days, but didn’t hear anything. So at around day 15 I called to find out the results. Nice girl says she’ll check. A few days later I call back, only to be told, “The lab had your results, but they just didn’t send them to us.” Uhh, okay.
So now that they had my results, it was time to schedule the follow up with a nurse (don’t expect to ever see or talk with a doctor.) Well, the first appointment available was about 2 weeks later. No! You’ve had my money for about a month now, I want my appointment now. Not 2 weeks from now. They were able to find me an appointment sooner. At this point about 5 weeks since my first payment. Nurse was nice. Put me on a plan. Great.
Not so fast. The meds took FOREVER to arrive. Like 2.5 weeks later. To top it off, the meds came with ZERO instructions beyond what could be printed on the label. NOTHING about how to draw and administer injections. I wasted about 1/2 vial of one med because I was attempting to draw with the wrong needle. The supplements came with no instructions at all. How many to take? When to take? With food? Who knows. At one point, I went to the patient portal to see if perhaps (surely, right?) the instructions for all of the meds were uploaded there. Well, not really, though on the website the injectable says “intramuscular injection”. But considering the tiny needles I was sent, clearly I’m supposed to inject just subcutaneously. Which brings me to the portal.
DON’T BOTHER USING THE MESSAGE SYSTEM IN THE PORTAL. NO ONE MONITORS THEM.
So my question about the discrepancy regarding the injection still has yet to be answered. Along with all of my other questions.
So, I’m kind of winging it here. Taking life-altering meds with very little information or instructions. I’m past the 2-month mark, but have only been on them for about 3 weeks, so no info on whether they will help. I hope so.
Everyone I talk or email with is very nice. But I just have this lingering suspicion that I’m being played. That this isn’t a reputable business. Who sends medications with ZERO information about uses, side effects, dosing instructions? It just seems very suspicious. Can I really be the only person this has happened to? How is that not standard practice? I guess time will tell if this is legit or not.

Aimee, I am very sorry you are dissatisfied with your experience. This is not the reputation BodyLogicMD strives for. My understanding at this point is that you have either spoken with or received email instructions from the pharmacy about how to take your medications. If there is something else going on that you have any concern about please email me directly at [email protected] and I will be happy to help.
