It is our goal to provide transparency to patients prior to the start of their care plan, and it appears that we missed the mark with you. There was indeed a backlog in the Customer Service department but I am glad to report that the backlog has been resolved. After reading your review it seems you felt our pricing was too high. BodyLogicMD is not the least expensive option for bioidentical hormone replacement, nor the most expensive option. We take pride in our network of practitioners which offers the most highly trained practitioners in the field and also offers comprehensive treatment for each individual. We are sorry to see you leave the state, but hope that you are happy in your new home! We wish you health and happiness always.
