Joan, we are very sorry you are dissatisfied with your experience. It is our goal to provide transparency to patients prior to the start of their care plan. We are aware that there have been issues with our newly updated portal, however, it looks as if you were able to access the portal and have been able to hold items. Nancy, have you tried to submit your receipts to your insurance company? BodyLogicMD is not the least expensive option for bioidentical hormone replacement, nor the most expensive option.
