Finally realized Dr.Lee has all of his appointments on a 10 minute schedule and does not give his patients the time they need to discuss treatment. Once you are in there, his assistant comes by, knocks on his door to let him know that it is time to close it up and I thought this time was too much and finally decided not to go back. $300.00 for a 10 minutes session is just not being respectful to his patients. No other doctor I have ever gone to, has ever done that. Once is your time, they give you the time you need. Also, all treatment are not insurance covered i guess because it is not coming from a health care doctor. Now all of my medications are covered by my insurance and helps with the cost, and the new doctor gives me the time I need to discuss the treatment, test results and his visit is also covered by my insurance. .

Supplements and product are of great quality and I did notice substantial results in energy levels, cognitive function and my workouts were more productive. On the down side there was a double charge to my credit card when ordering through the Blue Ash office on my initial order. When I brought it to their attention it was brushed off and I was told it must be my credit card company. I called my cc company and filed a dispute which was refunded to me and I received the product that was ordered no problem. When it came time for the automatic reorder I was once again double charged. Once again I called to bring it to their attention and was told they would look into it and call me back. There was no call back but the duplicate charge was refunded. When I didn’t get a notification from the pharmacy that my order had been shipped 6 days after the order was placed I decided to call the pharmacy directly to see if it was indeed shipped. They told me it was cancelled by the doctors office. Keep in mind the other charge cleared my account! I had to call the blue ash office again to ask why I was charged for a product that was cancelled. While trying to explain the source of my frustration the office manager asks me if I am going to let him speak. He was going to offer a solution to a problem I hadnt yet finished explaining. He blamed the problem on a computer glitch which had they listened to me the first time this problem happened they could have prevented it from happening in the future. First it was my credit card company’s fault, then it was the pharmacy’s fault, then it was the computer’s fault. Take a lesson in ownership and admit the error, apologize, prevent it from happening again and move on. I probably would have kept being a patient with this office because of the results had this situation been handled better.

On the website my item was advertised as 120 gel caps and the bottle I received was only 60 gel caps. Customer service said they will send me another bottle at no charge but I have not received it as of yet. The price of the 60 count was as much as I paid at another place for 120 gel caps so I found my item was way overpriced for the bottle of 60.

Amy was very rude. She constantly interrupted me while I was speaking, put me on hold while she took other calls, and was very bossy and aggressive to me, the customer. She evidently is too busy with other customers and doesn't need my business.

Once you place a single order they place you on a recurring shipment. I have TWiCE requested that they remove my information and they are still charging me for product. It’s ridiculous!
