If you are truly sick, this is definitely NOT the place to go. I just wish I would have figured that out sooner. I spent thousands of dollars and actually got worse while seeing Dr. Nikki Walden of BodyLogic MD. I finally found a great doctor who actually LISTENED to me and treated me according to my symptoms. BodyLogic has a “protocol” and they treat you accordingly not individually. Run don’t walk out of BodyLogic, MD

I was a patient of Bob Porzio - BodyLogicMD of San Jose in California. I was prescribed with HCG and Testosterone. My HCG ran out and I didn’t get another shipment for a month. I couldn’t believe it. I complained and Laura (the doctor’s wife) immediately blamed the lab (autoOrders) and then the lab blamed the doctors’ office. About a week later, both the lab and the doctors office decided that their lack of service was somehow my fault? I would say this reflects poorly on their customer service, but customer service would have to exist before that would be the case. I have enough going on with work. I don’t need to be following everyone around making sure they are doing what I’m paying them to do...like send my prescription. And it’s bad enough that they cannot do their job, but don’t blame the guy who’s paying them. What a joke. I highly suggest finding any other doctor, if you can, because this place is hit and miss... mostly miss.

I have had repeated terrible issues with the provider of the medicines through Wells Pharmacy with their representatives not mowing what needed and Identification things to timing of refills to temporarily canceling meds due to enough on hand then being billed for them. Last time they said they filled a order I expressly canceled yet even tho they said was shipped I never received. Go figure.

If you’re wealthy this the clinic for you, if you’re an average Joe. Telemedicine is the best route!!

When it comes to bioidentical hormone replacement therapy most doctors that deal with BHRT cater to the wealthy. Most doctors that work in this field want to charge you a substantial office visit fee and they also want to up charge your lab work and your cream or pellets that you get from a pharmacy of their choosing. They will not let you choose your own lab or your own Pharmacy. I've been lucky enough to find a doctor near me that will allow me to choose my own lab and my own compounding pharmacy. Las Colinas Pharmacy can fill my bioidentical hormone creams for about $130. These creams last me about 4 months. My Labs usually run less than $60. I use Phillips Family Medical in Dallas Texas.

Very costly! Please find an alternative before contacting this facility. We paid the initial fee of, I believe $190. They said it was administrative fees. Once all the lab work was done, we went to our first office visit and while filling out the paperwork I notice that the office fee was $395, which caught me off guard. They said they told me this ahead of time in an email, but I could not find the email. We drove and hour and half for the visit. Very expensive place and I know there are other doctors that specialized in this, I just have to find them.

I contacted them and ask numerous questions about insurance and my flex spending account prior to becoming a patient. I called WageWorks (flex spending) and they said it should be covered but without seeing an invoice they could not say for certain. I was assured by the billing person with Body Logic that my flex spending card would cover it and was told that they had many patients that did so without any issues. They ran my card for $190 and then WageWorks refused to cover the cost because the description on the invoice didn't meet their requirements. When I called the billing person back who assured me it would be fine I found out she was in Florida and not at the business. She was rude and said that she had no way of knowing that they wouldn't cover it and could not provide me with any other receipt. I called the office of Dr Cooke and was referred back to the billing person. I ended up having to reimburse my flex spending account out of pocket. I was not refunded and got nothing for the money I paid. I could not move forward with treatment because I had planned on using my flex spending and that was not an option. Very expensive lesson, buyer beware!

The doctor needs to hire competent people to handle her office and scheduling. As a result, I was forced to look elsewhere as they rescheduled my appointment 4X and were woefully rude to boot. I finally asked for a refund on my test ($299), as I felt it was going to be impossible to ever see this doctor. To her credit, she actually refunded my money after I wrote a letter pointing out the inadequacies of her staff. I wouldn't bother trying to see her. She may be amazing, but she seems to surround herself with people you wouldn't want to handle your personal records let alone handling prescriptions and other vital aspects of the doctor-patient relationship.
