The service I received with this company was horrid. I was required to pay for two months upfront which was supposed to include labs, consultation with a provider, and medication. It took well over a month to ever receive the medication. The visit with the provider was done via telehealth video. I was rushed off of the call after only about five minutes with none of my questions answered. Labs were not reviewed. Medication took another two weeks to arrive. I have tried to cancel multiple times, but I still keep getting emails stating that the auto refill is still active. I had to remove my credit card To ensure I would not be charged for another two months to the tune of $700 after I had request cancellation in writing multiple times. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Not happy with the care

I dont usually write reviews, so this will be short. I would not recommend this company. The results of the treatment I received were poor. It was so expensive, I declined the supplements they tried to upsell to me. I would have appreciated some follow up calls to see how was doing. I feel I was ignored. I discontinued my autoship and I have not received any calls since I made my initial purchase. Suppose, there is a mutual agreement to discontinue services.

Disappointed. Dr. Shultz discussing her QAnon theory with me and recommending conspiracy theory papers is highly unprofessional.

Dr. Sahar Lashin and BodyLogic should be investigated for fraud. This’s a cycle of a big financial commitment without results. They deserve negative 100 stars review. I’m post menopausal, was seeking help for severe fatigue, body, skin and hair changes. I went to see Dr. Lashin at Bodylogic. Over a year of treatment, thousands of dollars spent I had no improvement in my lab test results or symptoms. During my last visit I discussed my disappointment with Dr. Lashin and she was so rude telling me maybe I don’t have enough money to be there. They take your insurance card information telling you they will bill your insurance knowing in advance insurance doesn’t cover it. They charge you co-payment and weeks later they bill you an additional $420 for a urine test!!! I consulted an endocrinologist to review my treatments, lab results and was told that this’s a hoax. Dr. Lashin and Bodylogic should be ashamed of themselves. They are supposed to help women and instead they take advantage of women, lie to them and give them false hopes at a great financial loss. This’s an affront to people seeking to Stay away from these people. Terri Hasson

This is a gimmick. Many hidden fees. They are not up front about them AT ALL... Stay away from this place. 200 dollars for initial sign up, 495 to just talk to the doctor, 100 dollars for supplements that I never gave the ok to. 989 dollars for treatment. Another 295 for follow up appointments then you need to pay for repeated lab work. Insane and completely disappointing.

I signed up for BodyLogic then pulled the plug when I realized where this could be going. Lots of upfront fees even before seeing a doctor and too many reviews suggesting this is a sham company that only wants your $. Yeah. I get it. Tests cost money, doctors are expensive and most of this isn't covered by insurance. HRT is expensive in general. I accept that. But an initiation fee? What legitimate doctor charges an initiation fee? That in itself is huge warning sign that I should have seen. Instead, I got suckered into paying it. Maybe this is legit and right for some people, but I'm seeing too many red flags. I'm learning the lesson now before going further down the rabbit hole. I will not be surprised to see BodyLogic PR department reply to this review. I see many replies that start with "let's explain our side". The fact that BodyLogic has someone patrolling Trustpilot to respond to negative reviews is a red flag in itself. My advice is find a real doctor not a company with a business model which relies on you buying therapies/prescriptions that they sell.

Extremely difficult program to work with. Super expensive and my insurance wouldn't pay. (Body Logic doesn't bill the insurance....I had to submit to Blue Cross and was denied.) After my first treatment I felt HORRIBLE and couldn't get a hold of anyone for help for a couple weeks. This is an extremely difficult program to work with. Strongly Advise to go elsewhere.
