Placed an order for the first time, long delay. Second order came broken and had to be exchanged. 3rd order did not arrive – after emailing a number of times, I was told that the order had to be cancelled because the website “threw up the wrong prices”. No communication beforehand, had I not emailed persistently they would have just ignored it all. They cancelled my order after two weeks and only because I chased it up. No phone number – just an email to write to. Customer services is appalling and the excuses and lack of professionalism is evident from their behaviour. Do yourselves a favour – don’t be fooled by their low prices – other companies are just as competitive – go elsewhere and experience proper customer services, appropriate emails and regular contact regarding delivery. This is a cowboy company run by illiterate thieves who are quick to take your money, respond when they feel like it and then blame their “website” for issues concerned.
